Cambridge Christian offers an automatic tuition payment program which can be set up to draft your checking or savings account on either the 5^th or the 20^th of each month.  Additionally, we now offer the option for automatic payment of incidental fees on the 5^th of each month.  For example, if you incur fees for items such as athletics, extended day, extracurricular trips, etc. you can elect to have these payments automatically debited from your account on the 5^th of each month.  This option is available to all families regardless of whether your tuition is paid on the annual, semester or monthly plan, and is a great way to avoid having to write that check and get it turned in before late fees apply.  You can also use a credit card under the automatic plan, but certain fees & restrictions may apply.

If you are interested in using automatic payments for incidentals, you might be wondering “what if there is a problem with my bill?”  Rest assured that you will always be given the opportunity to review your bill and question any charges.  Monthly statements typically go out on or around the 15^th.  You will have until the last day of that month to question the charges, and your account will be debited on the 5^th of the following month.
